Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Assist with room preparation and housekeeping standards
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate front desk systems and reservation tools
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the property
- Support event setup and guest functions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
