Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Support event setup and coordination as needed.
- Stock supplies and assist in inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
