Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Adhere to all brand standards and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Minnesota driver's license (if required for position)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
