Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming guest areas per brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes and respond to inquiries
- Support inventory management and supply replenishment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No hospitality experience required - we provide full training!
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
