Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling complaints with a smile.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area to meet high standards of hygiene.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance daily reports at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
