Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure room readiness and cleanliness standards
- Assist with dining operations including table service, order taking, and beverage preparation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
