Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, greeting guests warmly and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation, and any special requests to enhance their stay.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash and credit card documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby space.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and property upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
