Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas following resort standards
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using resort management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support resort events and special functions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale system experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if driving duties required)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
