Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage)
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest areas and back-of-house
- Coordinate with team members during peak shifts and special events
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to all hotel policies and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for day/night/weekend shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for role)
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for F&B roles)
