Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/out processes
- Perform daily room cleaning and maintenance to brand standards
- Manage guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- Support special events and high-demand periods
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for role)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Must pass background check
