Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) to ensure a luxury guest experience.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste management is handled efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms to maintain an efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding guest privacy and security.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and clocking in/out.
- Reliable transportation to the hotel location.
