Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues using problem-solving skills
- Perform nightly reconciliation of cash transactions and financial reports
- Conduct property security rounds and ensure all areas are secure
- Assist with valet services and manage parking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for valet duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
