Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests in all areas
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
