Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms to a high standard.
- Maintain and replenish guest amenities, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken furniture) and report them to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all company safety protocols and health regulations regarding cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Adhere to a strict cleaning schedule to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
