Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Change bed linens and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Sort and wash linens and towels according to hospital standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
