- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our strict standards.
- Amenities: Stock and replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
- Floor Care: Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the management team promptly.
- Inventory: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies and report when re-stocking is needed.
- Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is clean and organized.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is required.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills in English.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent is generally required.
