Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities (toiletries, coffee, towels) are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and sort laundry according to hotel protocols.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or damaged furniture, to the engineering department.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety regulations.
- Interact politely and professionally with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but we offer training for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) safely.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication purposes.
