Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential units, offices, and common areas using industry-leading techniques
- Manage linen inventory, restocking amenities, and maintaining supply closets
- Execute detailed room turnovers between guests/tenants with precision and speed
- Adhere to safety protocols, chemical handling procedures, and eco-friendly practices
- Address maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Deliver exceptional guest/tenant interactions with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English proficiency for client communication
- Experience with commercial-grade cleaning equipment preferred
