Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to brand standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to maintenance team
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and handle linen management
- Adhere to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness and special requests
- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requisitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply runs if applicable)
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic English proficiency for guest interaction
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred (per local guidelines)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
