Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, responding to reservation requests.
- Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
- Handle special requests and resolve any guest issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating screens) is a plus.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
