Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and toiletries are fresh, neatly folded, and properly stocked in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the engineering department immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
- Sort, wash, and iron laundry items with precision and care.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, security, and guest privacy.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rooms to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
