Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and restrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens according to strict hotel standards and safety protocols.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, soap, and coffee supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Adhere to all health and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
