As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the luxury standards of our property.
Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Bedmaking: Change bed linens, fluff pillows, and ensure all bedding is fresh and comfortable.
- Restocking: Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and towels to meet guest expectations.
- Sanitation: Disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and furniture, following strict health and safety protocols.
- Trash Management: Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or broken furniture to the engineering or maintenance department promptly.
- Guest Relations: Interact professionally with guests and maintain a friendly, welcoming demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
