Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, arrange linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and storage closets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols regarding chemical handling and equipment usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs courteously.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to work the night shift (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
