Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities such as soap and shampoo.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the assigned floor or area.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
