Responsibilities
- Cleaning Operations: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas to meet our high cleanliness standards.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities (towels, toiletries, soap) are restocked and rooms are fully prepared for new guests.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, such as broken furniture or plumbing leaks, to the maintenance department promptly.
- Organization: Organize closets, remove trash, and ensure all linens are folded and stored correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations regarding chemical handling and cleaning agents.
- Guest Service: Greet guests politely and respond to any special requests or inquiries regarding the room facilities.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for effective communication with management and guests.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting dust, stains, or clutter.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
