Responsibilities
- Room Attendant Duties: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made according to strict hotel standards, including changing linens and fluffing pillows.
- Restocking Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors in hallways and public spaces.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer questions regarding hotel amenities, and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to management.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, chemical handling guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome candidates with zero experience who are eager to learn and work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
