- Make beds and replace linens with precision and care, ensuring every corner looks pristine.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum carpets to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in guest suites to enhance the guest experience.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
