Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with fresh amenities.
- Empty trash bins, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets efficiently.
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and housekeeping carts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- No previous housekeeping experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
