Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all furniture is arranged neatly.
- Change bed linens, replenish toiletries, and ensure rooms are fully stocked with amenities.
- Empty trash cans and replace trash bags in rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in housekeeping closets and storage areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina required to lift and carry cleaning supplies and laundry (up to 20 lbs).
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
