Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to our strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are fully stocked with amenities like toiletries and coffee.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities in guest bathrooms and common areas throughout the day.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- No previous housekeeping experience required – we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift light objects safely.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with the team.
