Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Change bed linens, restock toiletries, and ensure amenities are fully stocked.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the maintenance or management team immediately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and staff.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
