Responsibilities
- Cleaning Duties: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Bed Making: Ensure all beds are made to perfection with crisp linens and high-quality amenities.
- Amenity Management: Stock and replenish bathrooms with toiletries, towels, and cleaning supplies.
- Trash Management: Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the assigned areas.
- Room Inspection: Conduct final inspections of rooms to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted timeframe.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
