Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, and toiletries to meet guest expectations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering department immediately.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed, including locking doors and securing windows when leaving a room.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and fellow employees.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication.
