Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety standards
- Manage linen inventory and coordinate with laundry services
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Complete accurate cleaning logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning, evening, or overnight)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Basic communication skills in English
