Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing furniture.
- Amenity Restocking: Ensure bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Bed Making: Make beds according to strict hotel standards, ensuring crisp linens and proper placement of amenities.
- Common Area Maintenance: Keep hallways, lobbies, and restrooms immaculate and well-stocked.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and press linens and uniforms as required.
- Report Issues: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Guest Service: Interact professionally with guests and respond to room service requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
