Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a pristine standard, ensuring every corner meets our luxury criteria.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest suites efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations set by the hotel and local authorities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping management team to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Ensure complete confidentiality and respect for guest privacy during cleaning processes.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude towards colleagues and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete rooms within the allotted timeframe.
