Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are fully stocked.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests.
- Follow all hotel safety and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned rooms within the shift timeframe.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic English language proficiency for guest communication.
- Must pass a background check.
