Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exacting standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces.
- Restock toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Front Desk immediately.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
