Responsibilities
- Execute thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest brand standards.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure a complete and luxurious guest experience.
- Maintain a safe working environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or missing supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and infection control measures.
- Interact professionally with guests and team members, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assignments within the designated shift hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related hospitality role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
