Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure amenities are fully stocked.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the property.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken tiles, leaky faucets) and report them to the maintenance department.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Follow all safety and health regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure hallways and public spaces are free of clutter and hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30-50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
