Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet exacting quality standards.
- Restock amenities, linens, and toiletries to ensure guest readiness.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations strictly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within the allotted shift time.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
