Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in corridors, hallways, and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Engineering or Management team promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel brand standards regarding sanitation and hygiene.
- Ensure guest requests are handled with care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic English language proficiency.
