Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies in each room.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance department immediately.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards and cleaning protocols.
- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners, safely and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure room turnovers are completed within scheduled timeframes.
- Interact professionally with guests and team members to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
