Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and in pristine condition.
- Sanitize bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and empty trash receptacles.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and odor control throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (physical stamina required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
