Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make and make beds with precision, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are fully stocked.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels in guest suites.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock levels to the management team.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored safely and returned to the proper location.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management skills to complete rooms within allotted time frames.
