Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Turn down services including making beds, replenishing amenities, and folding linens.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness deficits and report them promptly to the floor supervisor.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supply closets with essential cleaning products.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not always required for immediate hire).
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
