Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to strict brand standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) for guests.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the management team immediately.
- Ensure guest privacy and security at all times while performing cleaning duties.
- Sort and transport laundry to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
