Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Make beds, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets thoroughly.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and linens.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and organized.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with residents or guests.
Qualifications
- No prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is required; we will train you.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English language skills for communication purposes.
