Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities, linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are fully stocked and ready for new guests.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Inspection: Conduct final inspections of rooms to ensure they meet our quality control and safety standards before guest check-in.
- Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels efficiently.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damaged furniture, or missing amenities to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is pristine and welcoming.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with fellow staff members and supervisors.
